Xbox Gets 4 New Free Games You’ve Until February 23 To Play

To celebrate its last Free Play Days event, Xbox is giving its users the chance to get their hands on a whopping four games at absolutely no extra cost for a limited time. Available from now until 23 February, one user over on r/xbox has revealed the first batch of games which will be announced but explains that more may be unveiled thanks to an official announcement later today.
So if you are on the lookout for an FPS, a chaotic action game, a spooky party game, or a turn-based tactical RPG, this new arrival of freebies is guaranteed to have something for you.
Xbox Free Play Days’ New Lineup Has Leaked
Thanks to Oliomono over on r/xbox, we know that four games will be heading to the Free Play Days event library. This includes: Battlefield 6, Chip ‘n Clawz vs. The Brainioids, Polterguys: Possession Party, and, Sunderfolk.
Battlefield 6 was released back in October 2025 as the eighteenth major installment in the beloved Battlefield franchise. Offering both a single-player campaign as well as its sought-after multiplayer mode, Battlefield 6 is still receiving regular content updates to this day, so this makes for the perfect time to dive into the first-person shooter if you are itching for some fast-paced action. In our review, we said Battlefield 6 “looks great, feels great, and has legs.”
Up next is Chip ‘n Clawz vs. The Brainioids, an action-strategy game available in both single-player or co-op with the aim to gather Brainium, build a base, and command an army of bots to defeat those freaky Brain-In-A-Jar aliens. Play as either Chip or Clawz in this bizarre, yet much-loved, action adventure.
You’ve Until February 23 To Play These 4 Free Games
Also available until 23 February is Polterguys: Possession Party. In this party game for up to 8 players, you will have to use sneaky sabotage to get your opponents caught by a series of poltergeists before they catch you. As you battle across a series of maps, you will also be able to take on the role of the ghost who can possess everyday objects to make things hell for players. If you like Phasmophobia but are not prepared for those jumpscares, you will love Polterguys: Possession Party.
Last but not least is Sunderfolk, a tactical RPG “where clever teamwork and shared strategy shape every turn and build lasting memories”. In this shared adventure, players will use their phone as a guidebook, controller, and character sheet. Whether you play using couch co-op or online, you and your friends will be able to embark on epic adventures with just one copy of the game needed to begin.
These four games are available to play for absolutely free right now courtesy of Xbox Free Play Days, so if you are not sure what to play next, this collection definitely has you covered.
