Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, the long-awaited sequel to the iconic 2007 survival horror shooter, releases exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and PC on November 20. Like other Xbox exclusives, Heart of Chornobyl will be available on Xbox Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud Gaming for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
Long-time fans may want to spring for one of the physical editions that include a bunch of collectibles. Stalker 2’s Limited Edition costs $80, while the Collector’s Edition retails for $180. Both editions are currently sold out, but developer GSC Game World recently announced a new print run for these editions for fans who missed out the first time around. You can also preorder the standard physical edition for $60 at multiple major retailers.
Heart of Chornobyl is the second mainline entry in the Stalker franchise, but it’s actually the fourth game. If you want to catch up before the new game releases later this month, the other three Stalker games are super cheap at Fanatical (a GameSpot sister site). All three games will be delivered as Steam keys.
