A Square Enix RPG sequel will finally arrive on Xbox next year after already launching on PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch back in February. That’s right, Octopath Traveler II was confirmed for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in early 2024.
Microsoft made the announcement during the special Xbox broadcast for Tokyo Game Show. Octopath Traveler II originally launched February 24, with a free demo available as well for the RPG sequel. Save data from the trial does, in fact, transfer to the full game, too.
