Amouranth has dropped her first-hand views on whether she would own an e-Sports team, but there’s a catch.
Recently, multiple streamers have opted for the e-Sports space as a new venture. They have branched out investments to teams, diversifying their portfolios whenever possible. And well, there are many examples to explain this, but a recent one that stands out is about Ludwig Ahgren, who invested a large chunk of money in an e-Sports team. He partnered with MoistCr1TiKaL – someone who started the organization a few years back. Will Twitch Megastar Amouranth Ever Own an e-Sports Team?
During an exclusive interview with Essetinallysports, Amouranth dived deep into sharing her thoughts about owning an esports team. She was positive about the topic and gave out a detailed answer for the same.
Here’s what she said, “I would own at least part of an esports team I don’t think I would want to be like the sole owner but I would definitely own part of it if you know like if I joined an org and got some stake and I think that’d be pretty cool.” Then, Amouranth laid down reasons for not owning the entire team as she felt there was no single popular game in the current scenario. Rather, she would like to apply 100Thieves’ strategy of branching out and diversifying the efforts whenever possible.

“I don’t even know what would be the best genre. I don’t think there’s one specific e-Sport right now that’s super popular. I think it’s more like the personality route kind of like 100 Thieves has done with a diversified just into creators who don’t even game. Just a variety of creators not like one specific professional game league,” the Twitch queen said.
These statements from Twitch Queen steered clear of the thoughts she shared about the topic. Moreover, it opened a gate for the community to look at the insights she holds for the current e-Sports scenario. After all, we all know how witty, smart, and hardworking she is, and if needed she might just bring her expertise to uplift an organization in the community.
