ROYERSFORD, PA — A new youth esports training arena is opening up in Montgomery County.
Valhallan Esports Training, located on 329 10th Avenue in Royersford, will open up its doors on Saturday, Dec. 21, organizers told Patch. The facility is the first of its kind in Montgomery County.
“We’ve worked hard to create a special space where kids feel empowered to take their love for gaming to the next level, owner Serge Fadjoh said. “We want to be a positive and safe way for parents to support their children’s passion for gaming while incorporating education and life skills.” Valhallan, which has other locations around the country and in the United Kingdom, describes itself as “the fastest-growing esports franchise in the world.” Their mission statement focuses on encouraging education and life skills through gaming.
